Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant & Back Office Executive to manage accounting activities, support financial operations, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative processes. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, documentation, and coordination between departments to maintain efficient back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records, including vouchers, ledgers, and journals.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and handle petty cash.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data during audits.

Back Office Responsibilities:

  • Manage data entry, filing, and record-keeping for company documents.
  • Handle communication with vendors, clients, and internal departments.
  • Prepare MIS reports, track expenses, and monitor inventory or office supplies.
  • Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Assist in maintaining ERP/accounting software and databases.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹28,320.71 per month
