Role:

  • The role focuses on supporting and enhancing the SharePoint Online environment, including leading the migration of on-premises file servers to SharePoint Online with an emphasis on stability, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing lifecycle policies for SharePoint sites, libraries, and related resources. The position involves establishing and maintaining a scalable access management strategy, enabling owner-driven access reviews and supporting ongoing compliance.
  • The expert will contribute to integration efforts by ensuring SharePoint Online lists and data can be effectively used with Power Automate and Power Apps, working in alignment with other teams responsible for those platforms.
  • The role includes providing technical guidance and structured enablement to other team members and 1st-line support.
  • Additional responsibilities cover maintaining up-to-date documentation for SharePoint architectures, governance models, procedures, and workflows. The expert will act as a subject matter expert in collaboration platform projects and is expected to stay informed on developments in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • B2 English
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience (or equivalent) in enterprise-level administration and engineering of related services
  • Experience leading technical implementation projects or system migrations in an international environment
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) would be an asset
