As a Software Engineering - Developer at Kyndryl, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will play a critical role in our business offering, your code will deliver value to our customers faster than ever before, and your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be critical in ensuring the success of our products.

• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical migration strategies.
• Develop migration roadmaps, playbooks, and high-level architecture diagrams for M365 services.
• Lead enterprise-scale migrations from legacy platforms (e.g., Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, on-premises file shares, SharePoint on-prem) to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Define and implement migration methodologies (assessment, planning, cutover, staged, hybrid, coexistence).
• Utilize third-party migration tools (Quest, BitTitan, SkyKick, ShareGate, AvePoint, Mover) and Microsoft native tools (SPMT).
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance frameworks are in place (DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Conditional Access, retention policies).
• Collaborate with identity and security teams on hybrid identity, Azure AD, Entra, and endpoint integration (Intune/Endpoint Manager).
• Optimize performance, sync, and storage settings for OneDrive and SharePoint migrations.
• Design scalable Power Platform architectures and lead migration of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to drive user adoption and change management.
  Prepare detailed documentation, runbooks, and migration strategies for long-term sustainability.

Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.

As a valued member of our team, you will provide work estimates for assigned development work, and guide features, functional objectives, or technologies being built for interested parties. Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in a consultant role or equivalent lead,

• Strong experience in client engagement, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, Viva.
• Hands-on experience with migration tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in SharePoint development, migration, and architecture (2013/2016/2019/Online).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting, PnP, CSOM, and Graph API for automation and reporting.
• Experience with Nintex Workflow/Form development, InfoPath, and external system integrations (SQL, SAP, REST APIs).
• Deep understanding of OneDrive architecture, sync optimization, and endpoint integration.
• Familiarity with Power Platform governance, DLP, and app lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Financial acumen in project costing, budgeting, and P&L management.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management).
• Experience driving adoption and change management programs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Microsoft Certifications (preferred): MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MS-700, MS-203, AZ-305, MD-100, MD-101, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500.
