Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounts Payable Executive based in Gurugram. The Accounts Payable Executive will handle the day-to-day management and processing of vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Responsibilities include invoice verification for accuracy, maintaining records of payable transactions, resolving payment discrepancies, processing tax compliance-related payments, and supporting the finance team with reporting tasks. Collaboration with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable processes, invoice management, and reconciliation
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and tools, with expertise in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with tax compliance and regulations related to vendor payments
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities for resolving discrepancies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and internal teams
  • Relevant experience in accounting or finance; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram and align with organizational goals
