About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer & Social Media Manager with strong D2C experience to handle nano influencer collaborations (≤15K followers) and manage all brand social media channels. The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on with content formats, and able to drive both influencer-led growth and organic brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Nano Influencer Marketing (≤15K Followers)
Identify, onboard, and manage nano influencers & UGC creators (up to 15K followers).
- Build long-term relationships with cost-effective creators.
- Negotiate deliverables, barter deals, and timelines.
- Manage briefs, content approvals, campaign execution & payouts.
Track influencer performance: engagement, reach, conversions & ROI.
Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and execute the brand's social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Create or coordinate content (Reels, static posts, stories) aligned with brand tone.
- Post regularly, track trends, maintain platform hygiene, and respond to comments/DMs.
- Repurpose influencer and UGC content for brand pages.
Monitor trends, viral formats, and competitor activities.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for both influencers & social media.
- Track KPIs: engagement rate, follower growth, reach, clicks, conversions.
- Optimize influencer mix and content strategy based on performance data.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing + Social Media in a D2C brand.
- Proven experience working with nano influencers (≤15K followers).
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, UGC content & viral formats.
- Ability to ideate, script, and manage content shoots.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple campaigns & daily posting schedules.
- Knowledge of basic design/reel editing tools is a plus (Canva/CapCut).
