Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, social media, and other outreach methods.
- Present, promote, and sell trading and stock market courses to prospective students/customers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer learning needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Provide after-sales support, handle customer inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align promotions with sales goals.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of stock market and trading concepts (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
