The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR function, ensuring smooth operations in workforce planning, recruitment, compliance, employee engagement, and development. The role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business objectives while catering to the unique needs of a

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant and corporate roles.
  • Forecast manpower needs and implement hiring strategies.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement
  • Foster a positive work culture with transparent communication.
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Compliance & Industrial Relations
  • Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws, factories act, and ESIC/PF regulations.
  • Maintain relations with government authorities and labor representatives.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs across departments and implement L&D programs.
  • Develop skill enhancement initiatives for technical and non-technical staff.
  • Performance Management
  • Implement performance appraisal systems.
  • Align performance metrics with organizational goals.
  • HR Operations & Policy Management
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
  • Oversee HRMS implementation and data accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in
    EV industry
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in handling
    blue-collar and white-collar workforce
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS tools, and payroll systems.
