Categorisation of projects and builders in the city. (For e.g.: scale and budget of project, level of builder, image of builder)

Generate meetings through site visits of ongoing construction sites (field work)

Generate meetings through cold calls at builder offices to seek appointment in Builder with Purchase Manager/ GM Purchase/ Asst GM Purchase/ Procurement Manager/ Asst Purchase Manager

Seeking an appointment and meeting with Associates & Principal Architect in structure Architect Firm for project.

Introduce Company and make a presentation to potential clients with samples & catalogues.

Negotiate to win purchase orders.

Understand market feedback and trends and report to Company.

GENDER: MALE

Need a candidate with the background of Insurance OR FMCG (distributors)

Minimum 2Yrs of Experience

Good communication skills & Personality

Qualification: Graduation is must
