Position Overview
We are hiring a
Financial Assistant (Commissions)
to join our team in
Andheri East, Mumbai
. This is a
full-time, work-from-office
role that supports our finance department in managing and analyzing commission-related data.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled with numbers, and comfortable handling large datasets. This role involves collaboration with both the finance and sales teams to ensure that commission reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review commission reports and statements accurately.
Manage and analyze large volumes of commission and sales data.
Develop, update, and maintain MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Coordinate with finance and sales teams to verify commission details.
Use advanced Excel tools to process, analyze, and present financial data.
Assist in month-end and quarter-end commission reconciliation and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and accounting standards.
Support additional finance-related activities as required.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, or an MBA in Finance.
Minimum two years of experience in finance, commissions, or related roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is an advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Job Details
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Type: Full-time, permanent position
Timings: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
