Role Description

This is a full-time Financial Assistant role based on-site in Mumbai. The Financial Assistant will manage day-to-day financia USl operations, including invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting accounting processes. Responsibilities encompass preparing reports, analyzing financial data, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Collaboration with internal teams and effective communication will be essential for the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles R2R GL Bank BS Reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Invoicing and related financial operations, US Process USGAAP IFRS regulations minimum 5years US Accounts.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data and preparing accurate financial reports intercompany account accrual Journal entries
  • Effective Communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and team members
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus SAP and Oracle
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field CMA CAInter MBA
  • Relevant experience in financial operations and administrative tasks in a professional setting
