Position 1: Manufacturing Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale up cosmetic formulations (creams, lotions, serums, etc.) for production
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to ensure smooth batch manufacturing
  • Optimize processes for consistency, stability, and cost-efficiency
  • Maintain GMP and safety standards during production
  • Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during manufacturing

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Cosmetic Science, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in cosmetic or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and passion for cosmetics are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, preservatives, and active ingredients is a plus

Position 2: Analytical Chemist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Perform stability testing and maintain detailed documentation
  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols
  • Support product development with analytical insights

Qualifications:

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in analytical testing within cosmetics, pharma, or FMCG
  • Freshers with strong analytical skills and lab experience are welcome
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (ISO, FDA, etc.) is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
