Position: Quality Control Head (Jaipur Head Office Location)

Exp - 5 to 8 year in Jewellery Line

Salary - QC Head
- again depending on the profile, whatever is the market standard + 10-20% of their last drawn salary

We are looking for a detail-oriented quality control manager to ensure the manufacturing production lines run smoothly and generate a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards. The quality control manager understands the product line, the desired output that the company has envisioned and the end customer's needs and requirements based on which sets the quality standards. Quality control manager coordinates employee efforts and communications between management and the production teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the product line and setting up quality standards keeping the production capacity and companyʼs desired quality commitment in mind.
- Studying the quality expectations of different markets/products and implementing the findings in the standards set out for QC.
- Gaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.
- Setting the standards of requirements for raw materials from suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
- Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis i.e total production output, how many internal rejections, how many external rejections and the reasons for both along with quality analysis of the final output. Qualifications
- 5-7 years of working experience as an Quality control head for a B2B Consumer product manufacturing company (Jewelry manufacturing company would be preferred).
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce or engineering.
- Diploma or certification in any quality assurance programme is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
