**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Textile Chemistry Fresher and Experienced**to join our team. You will assist in testing and improving the dyeing and finishing processes of our handmade rugs. This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in a creative and socially responsible environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in testing raw materials, yarns, and dyes used in rug making.
- Support in maintaining quality standards during dyeing and washing.
- Learn and help with color matching, shade checking, and colorfastness testing.
- Record and report lab test results and help identify any quality issues.
- Follow eco-friendly and safe chemical usage practices.
- Work closely with the production and quality control teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Chemistry, Textile Technology, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of natural and synthetic dyes and têxtile testing.
- Interest in handmade and sustainable têxtile products.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on production environment.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
