Small molecules in Analytical R&D Job Profile:-Characterization of peptides and small molecules with Liquid Chromatography and High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS) for structural elucidation, impurities profiling. Spectroscopy (UV-Visible, Circular Dichroism, Spectrofluorometer), Capillary Electrophoresis, and analytical method development, method validation.

Impurities profiling & characterization of peptides impurities, small molecules with LC-HRMS and tandem mass spectrometry. Knowledge of liquid chromatography, ionization, mass spectrometry fundamentals, general analytical chemistry is must for characterization of small and large molecules. Method development and method validation for characterization of peptides on spectroscopy (UV-Visible, CD, Fluorescence, etc) and capillary electrophoresis instruments.

QualificationsPhD in Analytical chemistry or Analytical Method development with relevant experience.6

  • 12 years experience in

High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS) etc. Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills. Attention to detail and good judgement.
