Position Overview

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage campaigns from concept to execution and ensure our online presence stays strong and consistent.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising).

  • Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.

  • Manage PPC and paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.

  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with company goals.

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and competitor activity.

  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO and user experience.

  • Manage marketing budgets and forecast campaign performance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • +1 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a management role.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus.
