Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts and manage end-to-end digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising).
  • Manage social media presence and grow engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Handle Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Create, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Manage website content updates and optimize for SEO and user experience.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling digital assets.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Develop monthly marketing calendars and ensure timely campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and content marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.
