Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • ERP System Management: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the FarVision and In4Suite ERP platforms across all modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Finance, Procurement, Project Management, Inventory, HR).
  • Implementation & Customization: Lead and manage new module implementations, upgrades, patches, and necessary customizations in coordination with vendors (Gamut Infosystems for FarVision, In4Velocity for InforSuite) and internal stakeholders. This includes conducting gap analysis and data migration.
  • Business Process Optimization: Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement within the ERP systems. Standardize data entry and reporting formats to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • User Support & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex user issues, troubleshoot problems promptly, and coordinate with vendor support for resolutions. Develop and conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure optimal system use and best practices.
  • Data Integrity & Security: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all data within the ERP environment, implementing appropriate access controls and monitoring system usage.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate, automate, and analyze key reports and dashboards (e.g., sales, collections, project costing, budget vs. actuals) using the ERP's analytics tools (or integrated BI tools like Power BI) to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision making.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers, manage project budgets, and communicate project progress and performance updates to senior management.
  • IT Infrastructure Coordination: Work closely with the core IT team to ensure the ERP systems are compatible with existing infrastructure, including network, hardware, servers, and security measures, regardless of whether the deployment is on-premise, hosted, or cloud-based.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Management Skills:

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with full ERP implementation lifecycles.

  • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required. Relevant certifications in ERP or project management (e.g., PMP)

  • Experience: Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in managing ERP systems, with significant hands-on experience in the FarVision and/or In4Suite platforms. Prior experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry is highly preferred.

  • Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of FarVision and InforSuite modules.

  • Proficiency in database management (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle Database) and data extraction techniques.
  • Familiarity with system integration and data migration practices.
  • Knowledge of reporting and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI)
