  • Cross-selling: Identify and cross-sell other bank products to existing clients, such as CMS, POS, investments, insurance, and salary accounts.
  • Portfolio growth: Focus on increasing product penetration and wallet share within the existing client base.
  • Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements like Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and oversee high-risk transactions.
  • Sales and revenue generation: Drive revenue by meeting sales targets for trade and forex services and achieving fee-based income goals.
