Sales and revenue generation:
Meet or exceed sales targets for new and existing customers.
Develop sales strategies to generate leads through methods like cold calls, emails, and networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
Client and relationship management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing the deal.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Field operations and logistics:
Plan daily client visits and travel to assigned locations.
Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects.
Gather and update customer and market data.
Reporting and administration:
Update and maintain client records in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports to management.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaboration:
Work with other departments, such as marketing and client service, to support sales efforts and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Collaborate with product teams to provide client feedback and suggest improvements.
