Role Overview

We are looking for a Growth Analyst to join our Growth Sales team. The ideal candidate will be strong with numbers and adept at preparing, cleaning, and analyzing data to unlock insights that fuel business expansion. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, analytical mindset, and business acumen to turn raw data into actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and transform raw datasets for structured analysis.
  • Build and maintain dashboards/reports to track business and sales KPIs.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, growth opportunities, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Work closely with the sales and business teams to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Support new initiatives with market research, forecasting, and performance analytics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, growth, or business analysis.
  • Strong numerical and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
  • Experience in data preparation, cleaning, and visualization.
  • Ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and automation.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, and A/B testing.
  • Exposure to CRM/sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Experience in sales operations or growth strategy within a startup/tech environment.
  • Understanding of health-tech or SaaS business models.
