Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CNC Service Engineer located in the Greater Delhi Area. The CNC Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment troubleshooting, providing field service support, carrying out maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring efficient technical support for clients. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving client issues related to CNC machinery, installing and commissioning equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and maintaining strong communication with customers to ensure optimal service quality.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex CNC machine issues to ensure optimal performance and swift resolutions
  • Experience in Field Service operations, including equipment installation and commissioning, with the ability to travel as needed
  • Strong Communication skills and customer service focus to maintain professional interactions with clients and provide clear technical support
  • Skilled in Maintenance & Repair of CNC machinery and related systems, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
  • Technical knowledge and experience working with high-precision CNC machines is highly desirable
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field required
  • Proficiency in English, with additional knowledge of other languages being an advantage
