This role requires strong knowledge of Generating G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production. 📋 Key Responsibilities: - Develop, write, and test CNC programs for a variety of machines (e.G., sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes). - Read and interpret drawings, CAD models, and machining requirements. - Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies. - Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction. - Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes. - Perform first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise. - Maintain documentation and program archives. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. 🧠 Qualifications: - Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred. - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (1-3 years preferred). - Proficiency with CAM software (e.G., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.). - Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations. - Familiarity with various materials (e.G., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc). - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
