Location : Airtel Center - Gurgaon

Reporting to : Manager BRC Head

Purpose of the Job

1) To Improve Billing Accuracy & Collection Efficiency

Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)

1) Ensure 100% identification of billing dispute at first level.

2) Highlight the errors to the respective team and ensure permanent fix in process/system.

3) Publish Dashboard to all the stakeholder within the defined frequency.

4) IT enhancement and system automation for existing and new products.

5) Customer feedback call for better customer experience.

Major Challenges :

1) System IT Issue.

2) Inputs not received on time from Internal Customer.
