  • About the Role:

  • are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will assist in handling customer calls, providing technical support, and ensuring prompt and effective solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, good communication, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • -Handle customer calls and provide on-call support.
  • -Prepare documentation of all calls, solutions provided, and on-site activities.
  • -Collaborate with the team to explore and implement effective solutions.

  • -Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions.

  • Required Qualifications:

  • -Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (preferred) or Electrical Engineering.

  • -Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Skills & Competencies:

  • -Good understanding of Electronics and Mathematics.
  • -Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • -Positive learning attitude and problem-solving mindset.

  • -Ability to work independently and on-site as needed.
