Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Implementation Engineer located in Kochi. The ERP Implementation Engineer will be responsible for software and project implementation, providing technical support, and managing projects. The role involves working closely with clients to ensure successful ERP system deployment and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Software Implementation and Project Implementation
  • Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
  • Relevant experience in ERP systems and a background in implementation engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
