Mode: Field-based (must have own bike and DL)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and confident personality who can represent the company and drive sales of our tour and travel packages. Person should be presentable, and comfortable with client interactions, field visits, and relationship building. This is a client-facing role that demands energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients across assigned areas to promote and sell our travel packages.
- Generate leads through field visits, local networking, and references.
- Understand client needs and suggest the best travel options.
- Follow up regularly and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, itineraries, and bookings.
- Maintain visit reports and share client feedback with the management.
Requirements:
- Must have own bike and a valid driving license.
- 2–4 years of field sales or client-facing experience (travel industry preferred or and B2B sales).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Smart, well-groomed, and confident personality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
