Online Bidder

This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of IT services, and the ability to build strong client relationships through effective bidding and business development strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Online Bidding and Proposal Writing**:

- Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, and others.
- Prepare compelling proposals and technical documentation tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure proposals align with the organization’s services, capabilities, and pricing structure.

**Lead Generation and Client Acquisition**:

- Research and identify potential clients in target markets using various lead generation techniques.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and propose customized solutions.

**Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

**Market Research and Strategy**:

- Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to refine business development strategies.
- Provide insights into potential service enhancements based on client feedback and market demand.

**Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and provide regular updates on sales performance.

**Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams to meet project expectations.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience as an Online Bidder or BDE in the IT services industry.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Strong understanding of custom software development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services.
- Familiarity with IT terminologies, tools, and processes to effectively communicate with clients.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- **Tools and Platforms**:

- Hands-on experience with bidding platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for lead tracking and management.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze client requirements and craft tailored solutions that align with organizational capabilities.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
