Client Success / Project Manager – DapFlow

We at DapFlow help businesses with website deployment, web maintenance, ERP implementation & ongoing support. We're hiring a Client Success / Project Manager to be the bridge between our clients and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, calls, and demos
  • Coordinate with developers/designers to get work done on time
  • Track tasks, projects, and SLAs using PM tools
  • Handle client requests, prioritize issues, and follow up until resolved
  • Ensure smooth ERP/web rollouts, onboarding & support
  • Provide status reports and maintain client satisfaction

Skills We're Looking For

  • 1–3 yrs in client/account/project management (IT/ERP/web preferred)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, familiar with tools like Jira/Asana/Trello
  • Problem solver who can stay calm under pressure

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
