Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Manager to oversee ManageEngine operations, drive sales, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and enterprise software solutions. This role involves driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives for ManageEngine solutions, including IT management, network, and infrastructure tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements to develop actionable insights.
- Prepare and present business reports, forecasts, and growth strategies to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and best practices in all business operations.
- Manage and mentor a team to achieve performance targets and professional development goals.
- Oversee end-to-end project management for ManageEngine implementations and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business management, sales, or account management in IT infrastructure or software solutions.
- Strong understanding of IT management tools, network monitoring, server management, and IT operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
