Location :: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid - 10 days in a month onsite)

Job Description:

Core Must Have:

  • Good communication skills, Teamwork, Collaborate with different teams.
  • Write documents (technical/non technical), Customer focused and Security as priority mindset, Organization skills, Cloud experience (Prefer Azure )
  • Agile experience, Sensitive data handling experience, Manage team members, Manage product priorities.
  • Experience managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Full stack end to end application hands on experience (UI, API, DB, Authentication, Authorization, network, firewalls, proxies etc.)
  • Handle the escalation procedures from within and other teams.
  • Solid technical and/or functional background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies and/or business line expertise.
  • Collaborate with business team, Architecture team and app teams.
  • Experience with pen testing and helping team to find the correct security remediations.
  • Review and improve the team performance with short- and long-term goal setting.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization, a business expertise is a plus.

Primary Should Have:

  • Application basic IT technologies (IIS, Browsers, App Services, App insight, SQL etc.).
  • CICD process - Release to different environments, coordinate necessary UAT, IT evaluation).
  • Advanced Azure skills.
  • CICD skills.
  • Research skills to identify rightful solutions.
  • Able to help the team by taking additional responsibilities.
  • Agile experience.
  • Risk assessment management experience.
  • Create and manage various business and program required reports.

Could Have:

  • AI Automation.
  • Testing Automation.
  • IntelliSense Data Analytics.
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile Safe etc.).
  • Technical certification in Microsoft technologies.
