Job Role : Business Development Executive
Experience Required : 2-4years
Job Location : Infopark Phase 2, Kochi, Kerala (On-site)
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities and turn them into qualified leads. If you enjoy researching prospects, connecting with the right people, and helping the sales team build a strong pipeline, this role puts you at the heart of our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients using LinkedIn, online directories, databases, and other platforms
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our services
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target markets and ideal customer profiles
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools for lead generation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in IT services/products
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and other lead-generation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical capabilities to identify and qualify prospects effectively
- Flexible and adaptive to evolving market trends and demands
