About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team for the Voice & Chat Process. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our international clients, assisting them with queries, providing resolutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer interactions via voice calls and chat in a professional and timely manner.

* Provide accurate information and resolve queries related to products, services, orders, or technical issues.

* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

* Document customer interactions and update records in the system.

* Meet process-defined quality, productivity, and performance targets.

* Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels if required.

* Adhere to company policies, security standards, and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Strong listening and comprehension abilities.

* Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Good interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

* Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.

* Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Eligibility Criteria

* Education: Graduate / Undergraduate (in any discipline).

* Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates both can apply.

* Shift: Flexible to work in night shifts / rotational shifts

* Others: Immediate joiners preferred.
