We are looking for a Account Executive who will be the voice of JoyzAI for our clients. You'll handle queries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers towards loyalty with our product. This role is not about answering tickets or resolving queries. It's about delighting customers, actually solving their problems, and building trust at every touchpoint.

  • Empathy and patience while dealing with clients under pressure.
