Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹20,000/month + Incentives

Blessing Tours is a Chennai-based travel company established in 2010. We specialize in outbound holidays, honeymoon packages, family trips, group tours, and corporate travel. With 15+ years of trusted service, we are now expanding our team to deliver more dream holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins, social media).
• Understand customer needs (budget, destination, dates, preferences).
• Design customized holiday packages (domestic & international).
• Prepare and send professional quotations using company templates.
• Follow up with leads consistently until closure.
• Upsell value-add services (insurance, visa, activities, transfers).
• Maintain lead tracker/CRM and report daily updates.
• Ensure excellent client service for repeat & referral business.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English & Tamil essential; other languages is a plus).
• Passion for sales, travel, and customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and deadlines.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, WhatsApp Business).
• Prior experience in a travel agency / tour sales preferred, but freshers with passion are welcome (training provided).
