Build My Business is hiring a GTM Engineer

If you love CRM engineering, automation, APIs, sales/marketing systems, and building revenue engines — this role is for you. You will be the backbone of our GTM operations,if selected.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Engineering:
    Architect, customise, and automate CRM pipelines (Zoho/HubSpot) with advanced lead scoring, routing logic, lifecycle stages, and SLA triggers.
  • GTM Workflow Automation:
    Build end-to-end automated GTM flows — from inbound lead capture to qualification, demo booking, deal closure, activation, and renewal.
  • API & Webhook Integrations:
    Integrate REST APIs for WhatsApp (Gupshup/Interakt), Razorpay, Ads (Meta/Google), Apollo, Calendly, and build webhook listeners for real-time lead & payment events.
  • Revenue Analytics:
    Develop dashboards for CAC, MRR, LTV, churn, funnel metrics, attribution, and write SQL queries to unify data across CRM, product, ads, and billing systems.
  • Sales & Marketing Automation:
    Deploy multi-step workflows using Zapier/Make for enrichment, follow-ups, notifications, routing, and SDR task automation.
  • Cross-System Architecture:
    Build and maintain integrations that connect
    Product → CRM → WhatsApp → Billing → Analytics
    , ensuring accurate data sync, usage tracking, and event-driven automation.

Qualifications

1-2 year
experience in CRM engineering, RevOps, SalesOps, or GTM automation roles.

Strong hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
or
HubSpot
(pipelines, workflows, scoring, routing).

Proficiency in
REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON
, and integrating third-party platforms (WhatsApp API, Razorpay, Apollo, Ads, Calendly).

Working knowledge of
Zapier /
for multi-step automation workflows.

Ability to write
basic Python or JavaScript
for custom automation and webhook processing.

Strong
SQL skills
and experience building analytics dashboards (Metabase / Power BI / Looker Studio).

Understanding of full GTM lifecycle:
Lead → MQL → SQL → Demo → Deal → Activation → Renewal
.

Familiarity with
UTM tracking, pixels, GTM containers, attribution models
, and campaign analytics.

Experience handling data from CRM, ads, product events, and billing systems.

Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
