Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Coordinator
with
2–3 years of experience
to support project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities to ensure smooth project delivery within deadlines and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in
    project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
    .
  • Monitor project progress
    , track deliverables, and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain and update
    project documentation, reports, and records
    .
  • Act as a
    point of contact
    between stakeholders, clients, and project teams.
  • Support project managers in
    budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
    .
  • Organize and participate in
    project meetings
    , prepare agendas, and circulate minutes.
  • Identify and escalate
    project risks and issues
    , ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
    smooth execution of activities

  • Provide
    regular status updates and project reports
    to management and stakeholders.

Required Skills & qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field
    .
  • 2–3 years of proven experience
    as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of
    project management principles and methodologies
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Office
    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and
    project management tools
    (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Excellent
    organizational, multitasking, and time management
    skills.
  • Strong
    written and verbal communication
    abilities.
  • Ability to work both
    independently
    and in a
    team environment
