Skills Requirement:

  • Excellent knowhow about consultants, engineers in the market.
  • Knowledge of various waterproofing materials, techniques, and application methods.
  • Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
  • Preparation of specification, monitoring and documentation for waterproofing projects, compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct assessments of surfaces to determine waterproofing needs and appropriate materials.
  • Knowledge of waterproofing solutions to roofs, foundations, wet areas and walls using various methods including liquid membranes and preformed applications.
  • Technical knowhow about maintenance and repair services for existing waterproofing systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and the latest waterproofing technologies to enhance service quality.
  • Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawing and technical specifications for waterproofing.
