Job summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in architecture to oversee and manage high-end residential projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive project management skills, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, and seamless coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Plan, coordinate, and oversee complete interior turnkey projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise day-to-day site execution, monitor workforce productivity, and ensure progress is as per approved drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Project Reporting & documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, site progress updates, and documentation for management review, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, MS Office, ProjectWise, Sketchup

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management within the residential - commercial - hospitality - industrial sector.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or a related field.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge Comprehensive expertise in residential and commercial construction methodologies, interior fit-out processes, project management practices, building codes, quality standards, and vendor/material management with proficiency in interpreting drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-end turnkey projects
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of multi-sector interior turnkey execution including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate projects, with expertise in modern construction methodologies, project scheduling, cost control, quality and safety standards, vendor and material management, and a strong ability to interpret architectural drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications for seamless project delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹6,000,000.00 per year
