Job Responsibilities- Apply only if you are genuinely interested to join
- Handle inbound customer calls related to products and services.
- Address queries regarding orders, deliveries, product details, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Update customer interaction records in the CRM system accurately.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
- Provide support via phone, email, and chat (if required).
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality and productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.
- 0–4 years of experience in customer service (FMCG or call center background preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems are advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Working Days & Timings
- 6 days working (Sunday fixed week off)
- Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM) – 9 Hours Window
