Hands-on experience in Git or DevOpsHands-on experience in Salesforce Cloud, like Service Cloud, etc Job Description:We are hiring a Salesforce Developer with a strong background in custom development and application support. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, hands-on exposure to DevOps tools like Git, and practical knowledge of working with Salesforce Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud. This role will primarily support application maintenance and enhancement projects, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability of Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:Work on Salesforce application support projects, handling issue resolution, minor enhancements, and maintenance activities

Design and develop custom features using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, and FlowsSupport and maintain Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.) based on business requirements

Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term fixes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, testers, and business analysts to understand and deliver technical solutions

Manage code repositories using Git, and participate in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or BitbucketParticipate in regular system audits and proactively address performance or security concerns

Prepare technical documentation, support knowledge base articles, and deployment notes

Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry best practices

Required Skills:Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Strong in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components, Flows, and Custom ObjectsProven experience with Git version control and DevOps concepts

Experience in application support or maintenance projects

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integrations (REST/SOAP)Hands-on experience in Sales, Service, or Experience CloudStrong debugging and performance tuning skills

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, etc.)Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, Data Loader, and WorkbenchUnderstanding of ITIL framework is a plus
