1-4 Years of Experience
Managing the Common Layer Certificate Generations.
o Ensuring SLA/TAT (The Bugs/lssues/Tickets raised are resolved).
o On time Technical Support for all the customers.
o lndependently understand and analyze the problem faced by the customers and
share the detailed explanation with the clients on the problem and solution
provided.
o Be a subject matter expert and remain up to date with the latest developments of
the product.
o Customer support as they approach for service.
o Communicating the escalations to reporting manager and ensuring issues
resolved.
o Handling customers' outbound and inbound calls.
e When dealing with ambiguity, work with the external (Customers & Vendors) and
lnternal Stakeholders (Technical, Operations and Account Management teams)
and ensure SLAs are always met.
o Responsible for voice and non-voice communication with customers.
o Preparing device tracking data and sharing with customers.
o Coordination with filed engineers for scheduling the customer place.
o Guiding customers to solve the basic troubleshooting.
o Preparing and submission of monthly customer invoice.
