We are hiring at Powerguru Infratech Pvt Ltd, one of the leading electrical EPC company in the Railway Segment.

Role & responsibilities -

Seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee all facets of accounts, financial management, and direct & indirect taxation, with a focus on regulatory compliance and accurate reporting. The candidate will be primarily responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all tasks related to the Initial Public Offering. The candidate will work closely with senior management, legal, finance, and external advisors to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, including account reconciliation, balance sheet analysis, month-end closing, and accurate maintenance of accounting systems.
  • Ensure timely compliance and filing for direct and indirect taxes, including GST, TDS, and income tax; review and file GST returns, manage GST assessments, and implement updates based on regulatory changes.
  • Lead IPO process execution, including financial due diligence, preparation of regulatory filings, audit readiness, coordination with bankers, legal, consultants, and preparation of prospectus and investor presentations.
  • Manage financial due diligence for transactions, acquisitions, and fundraising; assess financial/operational performance, identify risks, prepare pro-forma financials, and ensure the integrity of disclosures.
  • Coordinate and liaise with auditors for annual and special audits, ensuring compliance with SEBI, RBI, and other regulatory standards applicable to listed companies.
  • Monitor statutory compliance of all finance and accounting operations and support the organization in adapting tax and accounting practices as per changing regulations.

Preferred candidate profile -

  • CA/MBA/CS or equivalent post-graduate degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, legal, or corporate secretarial roles
  • Good understanding of capital markets, SEBI guidelines, and listing regulations.
