Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Gurgaon. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, monitoring financial performance, and implementing strategies for cost control and profitability. The candidate will collaborate across departments and provide insights to support decision-making and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Strong knowledge of accounting practices, financial reporting standards, and compliance regulations
  • Experience in analyzing financial performance, preparing detailed reports, and presenting insights
  • Leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools, along with MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in a managerial or finance-related role, preferably in the environmental sector, is a plus
