Location: Raigad Hospital and Research Centre, Karjat, Dist. Raigad
Position: Senior HR Executive
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in HR (hospital/healthcare preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities
As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in managing HR operations, leading recruitment, and supporting HR strategies to ensure smooth workforce management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle for medical, paramedical, and non-medical staff.
· Coordinate with HODs to identify manpower needs.
· Handle bulk hiring drives and campus recruitment.
Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
· Supervise joining formalities, induction programs, and orientation sessions.
· Ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes (confirmation, transfers, promotions, exit).
· Maintain updated employee records and HR databases.
Payroll & Compliance
· Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
· Liaise with auditors/consultants for compliance reporting.
Employee Relations & Engagement
· Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
· Design and execute employee engagement activities.
· Monitor attrition trends and suggest retention strategies.
Performance Management & Training
· Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
· Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs.
HR Reporting & MIS
· Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports for management.
· Support HR audits and policy implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Postgraduate in HR / Management (MBA/PGDM preferred).
· Minimum 2 years of HR experience (healthcare/hospital sector preferred).
· Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS tools.
Compensation & Benefits
· Salary: As per industry standards & experience.
