Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Cofounder/Director to join our leadership team and play a crucial role in scaling and growing the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging the current infrastructure to double the company's growth within a defined period. This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership, and operational expertise to ensure we effectively expand both online and offline education offerings. As a cofounder, you will have equity ownership in the company and share in its success through profit-sharing benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a clear growth strategy with a target to achieve 2X company growth using available infrastructure.
  • Lead product and service development across all three verticals: K-12, higher education, and professional development.
  • Forge strategic partnerships with educational institutions, industry leaders, and tech companies to fuel scalable growth and expand reach.

Operational Management:

  • Optimize and expand daily operations across all departments (product, tech, content, marketing, sales, and customer success) to meet growth targets.
  • Ensure the efficient and scalable delivery of both online and offline education solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and maximize the impact of current resources and infrastructure.

Team Building & Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing team with a focus on achieving growth targets while maintaining company culture.
  • Attract and retain top talent for key roles, offering guidance and mentorship to foster professional development.
  • Create an inclusive and innovative workplace culture aligned with the company's mission and values.

Revenue Growth & Financial Management:

  • Collaborate with the finance team to set financial goals that align with the company's 2X growth target and monitor profitability.
  • Drive business development and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, optimizing existing resources.
  • Lead fundraising efforts, building investor relationships, and securing capital to support scaling and growth initiatives.

Market Positioning & Innovation:

  • Stay ahead of education industry trends, ensuring the company remains competitive and at the forefront of EdTech innovation.
  • Continuously improve learning models, technology, and delivery methods to deliver exceptional educational experiences at scale.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in leadership, preferably in the EdTech, education, or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline educational models and their integration for scalable growth.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate challenges, drive strategic growth, and effectively use available resources to achieve 2X company growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing teams, creating operational processes, and scaling startups.
  • A passion for education and making a positive impact on learners of all ages.
  • Knowledge of education technology platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content creation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
