uses IoT sensors, cloud analytics, and real-time insights to empower farmers with actionable data on soil, climate, machinery, irrigation, and more.

To scale this mission, we're onboarding a
Cofounder who'll function as COO
— someone who can build the operational backbone of Fieldbyte. This is an equity role for 12 months, later to that it would the equity+salary.

Role Description

We are looking for a Co-Founder mainly who can handle Operations at FIELDBYTE Pvt Ltd.

The Co-Founder will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, identifying growth opportunities, and streamlining processes to ensure efficiency. Additional responsibilities include building and nurturing client relationships, supporting sales and marketing strategies, conducting industry research, and contributing to the overall strategic direction and development of the company.

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience in a startup in a similar operations/leadership role.
  • A strong, demonstrable background that justifies COO-level ownership.
  • Experience in agriculture operations, IoT deployment, or field management.
  • Strong leadership, execution, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with early-stage responsibilities and rapid growth environments.
  • Passion for technology that solves real farmer problems.
