Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time role with investment. The Co-Founder will participate directly in shaping the strategic vision of the company and lead efforts in business development, client management, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing service execution, and guiding teams towards organizational goals. As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with other leaders to drive innovation and ensure the long-term growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market trends, financials, and organizational performance
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficiency in sales and marketing to strategize and lead business growth initiatives
- Demonstrated research and problem-solving skills to provide innovative and informed solutions
- Proven leadership experience in a related domain
- Strong understanding of corporate fraud, risk management, and cybersecurity is highly desirable
- Familiarity with geopolitical intelligence and due diligence processes is an advantage
