Job Title: QC Supervisor

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Supervisor to join our team in the NPD department. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment. The QC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that all products meet the required standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
• Train and supervise QC team members to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement
• Investigate and resolve quality issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control activities
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to address quality issues and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality control software
