Position: Executive Assistant to CFO

Location: Mumbai (Candidates from or residing in Mumbai preferred)

Experience: 8–10 years (as Executive Assistant/Front Desk/Corporate Support role)

Qualification: Graduate (minimum)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CFO.
  • Manage and prioritize the CFO's calendar, schedules, and meetings.
  • Assist in preparing financial presentations, reports, and board-level material.
  • Manage travel arrangements, visa processing, and ticketing.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on financial and business priorities.
  • Draft and review professional communication, presentations, and documentation.

Desired Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Manage Office Schedule & Travel Ticketing
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong coordination and multitasking ability.
  • Exposure to hospitality/aviation/front desk roles preferred.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders under pressure and deadlines.
