Job Summary:
Aarthik Salahakar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential leads to support our sales and business development efforts. This position plays a key role in building and nurturing relationships with prospects, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels including email, phone, and social media.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and assess their potential to become customers.
- Engage with prospects to introduce Aarthik Salahakar's services and generate interest.
- Nurture relationships with leads to guide them through the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- Maintain and update accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation efforts and meet KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new lead generation opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation performance and results.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing (experience in financial services is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking software.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
